This website is operated by BFA Colorado, an apparel project. In these terms, “BFA Colorado,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the website operator.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Choices notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms in your jurisdiction.

The current website is a preview of designs in development. Product pages marked “Coming soon” are not offers for sale. Checkout is disabled, the cart cannot create an order, and no payment is accepted through this website.

Concept images may differ from a finished garment. Prices, materials, measurements, available sizes, release dates, inventory, shipping terms, and return terms are not final unless we publish them with an enabled purchase flow. Adding or viewing an item does not reserve it or create a contract.

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view this website for personal, lawful purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

• Do not interfere with the website, test it for vulnerabilities without written permission, bypass access controls, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not copy, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create confusingly similar versions of BFA Colorado content or designs.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the work, the disputed material, and how we can reach you.

We try to keep the website accurate, but the preview may contain errors, incomplete specifications, temporary outages, or visual differences caused by screens and image processing. We may correct, change, suspend, or remove content without notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, or privacy practices.

If you email us or request release information, you authorize us to respond about that request. Marketing messages, if introduced, will identify BFA Colorado and include a working way to unsubscribe. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any court proceeding that may lawfully be limited to a Colorado forum will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
